I don't think so, but I've never tried. In cinematics I put the audio straight in, I don't think you can put an audio cue in.. not sure.
How do I make a Npc follow the player when spawned
How do I know the name of all devices within Verse? You create an instance of the vfx_spawner_device{} object, but how do you know that the name of the device within Verse is this and not just vfx_device{}?
Maybe this is not obvious to me because I use the tool in PT-BR

tags are cool, any idea to use the Hide function for the changing_booth_device with tags? when using moveto for the changing booth device the marker is still visible

you have to make images for all of them

Great video! I'm trying to figure out how to use this for my tycoon game I'm making. For example, a player has 5 cabbages in their inventory. I want it so when they interact with a conditional button, it will activate an item granter to give 1 gold per cabbage until there are no more cabbages left in their inventory. When they get more and interact with the button again, the process begins again. Can you help?
just have the CB accept 5 cabbages and then when it succeeds then give gold with an item granter

Often I run into a problem where I will take a piece of code from the epic developer community, however they contain a line that says “begin map” but it’s always an error after I put it under “OnBegin” how to I fix this?

Do you happen to know how I can save the doors when I opened them? Even with the save device, my doors in my map close every time I restart the map... even when its published. that makes saving a bit unnecessary 🥲
you'd have to write custom code for doors and they would have to be controllable via verse. Save point device does not save door positions

@@GraemeBull if they are numbered in a sequence based on their joining time, then player 4 leaves and more players join later, wouldn't that leave a gap between 3 and 5?

you have to check the box used with niagra sprites in material settings

I never use it, so I don't do tutorials on it. I encourage you to move to UEFN as creative 1.0 will go away one day and it's very limited in comparison.

I have no idea, I thought 100 was the max. Maybe people are doing a custom round system then

Hey love the video. I was wondering how would I make it to when a trigger is triggered it teleports a capture device to loop around a player?
Use the TeleportTo method on that device to go to the player location, which is in the FortCharacter
For some reason the GetTeam in the GameManager script always returns the highest team for all players so the UI doesn't work at all for me. Any help? I found this out by adding the StringToMessage to the script and printing the Team variable
I actually don't do this anymore, I keep track of team number via a variable on the CustomPlayer object that I make when somebody spawns in to the game. I cover this in my newer tutorials.

Would this work on characters as well? The head bone would always face the player (only the head would turn, not the body)
you'd have to control it with the control rig I think.. not sure how you'd access the bones of a rig

there are a few people that have already done it. It's janky atm with the fixed camera and nothing is perfect yet. Epic is working on a first person camera though.

Hey! I am making a Fortnite map with new mechanics for pre existing Fortnite weapons. So I am wondering, is there anyway I can change the fire rate of certain weapons and not others?
there's no way to do that
What was the objection to the GetPlayspace PlayerAddedEvent (around 9:10)?
PlayerAddedEvent is used only for if the spawn event on the spawner fails for some reason. There are some use cases to do something to a player before they spawn, but they are very very few and rare. Best to use the SpawnedEvent to do things to the player as that's when they are actually in the game.
How can I change it so more players can see the tracker?
